Return & Exchange Policy


We thank you for shopping Lux Loungewear and we want you to love your purchases. If you are unhappy in any way with your purchase, simply send it back to us following the steps below. We want the Return Process to be as simple as possible for you.  If you have any questions please email


  • Returned items must be unwashed, unworn, and in original condition with all hangtags intact.
  • All garments are subject to inspection. 
  • All online returns will receive a refund to the original form of payment (unless the return only qualifies for a store credit)
  • Outgoing shipping is not refunded. 
  • Please include your order number and/or a copy of your receipt in the box.

Within 21 days from the date we received your return, we will refund your card for the full amount of the return, minus shipping fees. Once your card has been refunded, we will send you an email notification. In the event of a store credit, we will email you instructions on how to redeem it on your next transaction. Any discounts or coupons applied to an order will be taken into consideration when calculating refunds or store credits, thus you may not receive full value for the return of a single item if the remainder of your order no longer qualifies for the discount/coupon. 

If you receive any goods that have been damaged, please let us know immediately. Any damages must be reported within 7 days of receipt. Please follow the manufacturer’s care instructions carefully as Lux Loungewear cannot be responsible for damages that occur during the dry cleaning, laundering, tailoring or misuse of merchandise.

Exchanges: Please call or email to let us know you would like to exchange your items. We will hold the desired item until your return comes in. If you can’t spare the transit time it takes to send the return and receive the exchange, please let us know and we will ship the new item before your return arrives back to us. We are always a phone call or an email away. Exchanges are handled as a new purchase. We will charge your credit card when we ship the new items. Due to the rising cost of shipping, we will no longer offer courtesy shipping on exchanges.
